Sree Vijayananda Vidya Peedom organized a Teachers’ Training Programme on May 8, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the school campus. The programme focused on the topic, “Educators as Change Agents: Cultivating a Growth Mindset and Collaborative Culture in Schools.”
The training session was led by resource person Dr. Philip Abraham Chakkathra, who emphasized the importance of creating positive learning environments, fostering teamwork among educators, and developing a growth mindset in modern classrooms.
